Check that you have contracted and put a deposit down with the following:

• Photographer/Videographer
• Limousine service
• Entertainment
• Travel
• Bridesmaids dresses and shoes
• Select invitations and favors
• Look at tuxedos
• Get color swatches of dresses for florist
• Start writing out your guest list
• Meet with florist after dresses are chosen
• Arrange lodging for out of town guests
• Bridal Registry
• Music for church
• Wedding dress
• Confirm wedding date and have a current menu and prices sent to you

4 to 6 months

• Order invitations
• Gown fittings / decide on head pieces for bridesmaids
• Confirm tuxedos are ordered for ushers
• Contact the florist and order flowers
• Rent any extras for wedding
• Rings ordered
• Plan rehearsal dinner
• Make appointment with the Aqua Turf Club to finalize menus, color of linens, details

2 months

• Confirm with entertainment about music selections
• Mail bridal information
• Order wedding cake, deliver cake top of you have one
• Confer with organist/Soloist on music selection for the church
• Write out all wedding invitations and mail them
• Meet with photographer to discuss pictures
• Apply for wedding license

2 weeks before 

• Contact the Aqua Turf Club with estimated guest counts; breakdown of each meal is necessary
• Set up appointment with the Aqua Turf Club to finalize two days before wedding
• Do seating arrangements. Aplhabetical guest list with table numbers and meal choices.

2 days before

• Have rehearsal for ceremony followed by rehearsal dinner

Final appointment at the Aqua Turf Club; drop off the following items:

• Guest list and seating plan
• Introduction sheet
• Bride and groom glasses
• Guesboot and pen
• Cake cutter
• Envelope gift holder
• Personalized matches and napkins, if any
• Favors for tables
• Exact number of guests
• Payment in full (bank check or credit card, please)
