The Aqua Turf offers a variety of catering options, including plated dinners, buffets, stations, and cocktail-style receptions. Every menu can be customized to fit your vision and your preferences. Whatever you choose, we will bring a full traveling kitchen to your location, and food will be cooked to order by our chef and cooks—no food warmers needed!
Types of Events
We can provide off-site catering to any event in Connecticut as long as you have running water and a minimum of 100 guests.
With a full-service staff, this is a perfect wedding catering option for celebrations being held at the beach, by a lake, in a historic mansion, or at your home. Our catering services are also a preferred choice for on-site corporate events across the state, as well as parties and social gatherings.
Off-Site Catering Packages Include:
- A five-hour reception with customizable menu options
- Top-shelf open bar and a champagne toast
- China, silverware, glassware, and table linens (note: we do not provide tables and chairs)
- Food station tables
- Professional servers and bartenders
- A maître d' to oversee and manage the event from start to finish

Aqua Turf catered my wedding at the Wadsworth Mansion, and they were the main reason my wedding was so successful. Their staff does weddings like no one else can. We were never without a drink, they brought food and beverages to the whole bridal party during the photo session, and were always making sure we were taken care of. Also, the food was incredible.
